Unfortunately, they only do that with laws they don't like. Not only does the right do it an ungodly amount of the time with Obama's notions, the left does it too little to the right. If that makes sense.

@Frosty The Republicans usually have a good hold on their members - the Democrats, on the other hand, are usually allowed do as they like. This is how things should work, but when you're up against a party that just wants control (eg. the republicans), and is going to have all their members vote one way, it's very bad.
