Cave Rats
20 May 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall will give you this first quest to exterminate a few cave rats in Drarayne Thelas house, just across the river. Drarayne says that there is one rat in the bedroom and two rats upstairs in her storage, giving you a key to the storage door. Take out the three rats and return to Drarayne to receive an increase in disposition and 100 gold. Return to Eydis for an increase in faction.

Shulk Egg Poachers
6 June 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall asks you to take care of two egg poachers in the local Shulk Egg Mine just South of town. They suspect two former egg miners, Sevilo Othan and Daynila Valas. There are several miners working outside and inside the mine, so don't accidently kill thinking they are the poachers. The poachers can be found in the Queen Lair section of the mine and will attack you on sight. Once they are dead, return to Eydis for an increase in faction, 100 gold, and 4 Quality Restore Fatigue potions.

Note, you may encounter a bug where one or the other of the poachers might disappear. If so, open the console and enter one of the following commands to spawn the NPC at the current location.

	PlaceAtPC "Daynila Valas",1,20,1
	PlaceAtPC "Sevilo Othan",1,20,1

Telvanni Agents
20 May 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall asks you to kill four Telvanni agents responsible for the thefts and disappearances at the Caldera Ebony Mine. You will not receive this quest if you complete the Thieves Guild Bitter Cup quest prior to going to the Fighters guild.

Their names are Alynu Aralen, Sathasa Nerothren, Fothyna Herothan, and Alveleg and are hiding in a cave in the hills North of Caldera Mine (South West of Caldera). It is very likely that one of them will be posted outside as a lookout. The quickest route is via the Mage Guild teleporter but its a short walk as well.

Once you arrive, you notice that indeed they have a lookout as Alveleg is close to the entrance to Ashanammu, keeping watch. The other three are just within the cave and will attack as soon as they see you. Once they are dead, return to Eydis for an increase in faction, and 400 gold.

Sottilde's Code Book
20 May 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall asks you to retrieve a code book currently held by Sottilde at the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora. You will not receive this quest if you complete the Thieves Guild Bitter Cup quest prior to going to the Fighters guild.

Note that Sottilde is a member of the Thieves Guild, so if you end up killing her, it will affect your membership. Sottilde is just inside the Cornerclub entrance and refuses to give you the code book right away, in fact she may deny even having it. If you increase her disposition enough, she should give it to you eventuall. If you are a member of Thieves Guild she might not give it to you, in which case you'll need to steal it or kill her, preferably the former. Once you have the book, return to Eydis for an increase in faction, and 50 gold.

Note that if you're in the Thieves Guild you may found out from Sottilde that the Camonna Tong and the Fighters guild have certain ties...interesting. You may also not be able to persuade Sottilde to give you book if you are a Thieves Guild member. Also, if you chat with the Ald'ruhn hall master Percius Mercius (the format guildmaster of the Fighter's Guild), he will give you wise insight on the quests you receive from the other hall masters.

Helviane's Debt Money
20 May 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall asks you to collect 200 gold of debt money from Helviane Desele who runs a cornerclub in Suran (North East of Vivec). She apparently owes a client of the guild, Manos Othreleth on the Dren Plantation. Helviane is found behind the counter at Desele's House of Earthly Delights, and at first refuses to pay the debt money. If you raise your disposition high enough with her she will eventually agree to pay and give you the money. Once you have the debt money, return to Eydis for an increase in faction, and half the debt, 100 gold.

Note, if you talk to Mercius in Ald'ruhn about this quest, he has doubts whether this contract is legitimate or not and suggests that you pay the debt money yourself.

Orc Dura gra-Bol Bounty
20 May 2002

Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall asks you to fulfill a bounty contract on the Orc Dura gra-Bol who is living here in Balmora (his house is across the river). The bounty is worth 250 gold. Once you have killed the Orc, return to Eydis for an increase in faction, and 250 gold.

Note, if you talk to Mercius in Ald'ruhn about this quest he tells you that Dura really is wanted for murder, so don't feel bad about killing him.

Orcs at a Daedric Ruin
12 January 2003

Once you reach the rank of Protector, Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall will ask you to investigate some Orcs at a Daedric Ruin for the Duke Vedam Dren himself. Find out more about the contract by visiting Alof at his farm North East of Pelagiad and North of the Arvel Plantation (a small hut on the North shore of the Lake). Alof tells you that the Orcs come from the Ashunartes, a Daedric ruin North East of here. He says that if you kill their leader, Burub gra-Bamog, the rest of the Orcs should leave the farmers in peace.

[Ashunartes Entrances, 599x478 (38 kb)]
Ashunartes Entrances

The shrine is indead towards the North East of Alof's farm, just across the hills (though its a little more North than East). There are two entrances to the shrine, with three Orcs in the bottom level, and Burub herself in the upper. You don't need to take care of the three Orcs on the bottom, but some of them have Orcish armour and other loot which can sell for a pretty penny.

Return to Eydis for your 500 gold reward.

Verethi Gang
21 May 2002

Once you reach the rank of Protector, Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall will ask you to kill the leader of the Verethi Gang, Dovres Verethi. The Gang are smugglers based in Mannammu just a little South East of Pelagiad. Though you only have to kill Dovres, to reach him you'll have to go through a half-dozen or so of his friends as he is at the very end of the caves. Don't forget to check the crates and such for any smuggler loot. Return to Eydis for your 1000 gold reward.

Hunger in the Sarano Tomb
21 May 2002

Once you reach the rank of Protector, Eydis Fire-Eye in the Balmora Hall tells you that a Hunger has violated the Sarano Tomb, over the hill South East of Fort Moonmoth between the Ashlands and Lake Amaya (you'll find it North of the middle of the lake near the road). You are to kill the Hunger and return. The Hunger should be found behind the locked door (level 10) in the tomb. Return to Eydis for your 1000 gold reward.

Clean out Vas Necromancers
4 October 2003

Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Hall asks you to help the Bouyant Armiger Ulyne Henim clean out a den of Necromancers in Vas. Vas is found far in the North in the Sheogorad Region, the islands North of the main island (when you ask him about Vas, it will be marked on your map). Since it is so far, the quickest route is to grab a ship to Dagon Fel (East of Vas). The quickest route is to grab a Silt Strider to Khuul, and then a ship onto Dagon Fel.

Meet with Ulyne just outside the entrance to Vas. Talk with her to join up together and enter the den. In the entry level there's the usual collection of undead to take care of. You don't need to kill the three people in the large room unless they attack you (some might). In the tower you might meet something more considerable such as a Dremora on the first level. At the top level of the tower you'll face the necromancer Daris Adram who, as you might expect, casts a few spells when he fights. Once Daris is dead, Ulyne will thank you for helping and stop following you.

Return to Percius, he will reward you with an increase in faction and 500 gold.

Includes Contributions from Cecrow Chris.

Nerer Beneran Bounty
21 May 2002

Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Hall asks you to collect the bounty on the outlaw Nerer Beneran by killing him. Nerer is in Sargon, North of Maar Gan, apparently a well hidden island and you might have to ask around Maar Gan (just North of Ald'ruhn) for directions. Talking with anyone in Maar Gan and they'll direct you to Bugdurash gra-Gashel or Nuleno Tedas in the Tradehouse. From either of them you'll find out that Sargon is on an island far North of Maar Gan, West of Dagon Fel (and actually South West of Vas which you visited on Percius' previous quest).

Nerer evidently has lots of friends and they're all in Sagon waiting for you. Fortunately they are mostly spread out and you can usually safely attack each one at a time. Sargon is in a large room by himself though he is heavily armourer (Ebony Cuirass) and takes a bit of a beating to kill.

Return to Percius, he will reward you with an increase in faction and 500 gold.

Bandits in Suran
21 May 2002

Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Hall asks you go to Avon Oran in Suran and help him take care of some bandits for him. Avon can be found in the Oran Manor in the South side of Suran. Serjo Avon Oran tells you that the bandits have been ayyack from the Saturan caverns which is North East of the town. Once you've killed the bandits, return to Avon for a 1000 gold reward in bounty.

Suran is just North East of town, on the other side of the hills (you may have to walk around the hills if you don't have a levitiate or a good jumping skill and speed). There are seven bandits spread out throughout the mine which you must kill. There are also some slaves here you can free if you wish. Don't forget to look around for some extra loot. Return to Avon for your 1000 gold reward.

Deliver Flin to Elith-Pal
21 May 2002

Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Hall asks you to deliver a load of Flin (20) to Dangor in the Elith-Pal Mine on the base of the Red Mountain just West of the Zainab Camp (ask him about the camp to have it marked on your map). The quickest route is to grab a Silt Strider up to Khuul, a ship to Dagon Fel and onto Tel Mora and travel South West to the mine (it is indeed directly West of the Zainab camp in the mountains). Dangor is in the depths of the Ebony mine, near the lava, and gladly accepts the flin. If you're careful and the thief type, you can steal some ebony for some quick cash. Return to Percius for your 500 gold reward, and a flask of Cyrodiilic Brandy if you join him in a drink.

Kill Eydis and Lorbumol
21 May 2002

After you reach the rank of Guardian?, Percius Mercius in the Ald'ruhn Hall will asks you to kill Lorbumol gro-Aglakh and possibly Eydis Fire-Eye, quest givers in the Fighters Guilds at Vivec and Balmora respectively. You are only asked ot kill Eydis as well if you haven't performed the Thieves Guild Bitter Bribe quest. You might have seen this coming if you talked with Percius about some of the seemingly pointless and brutal quests given out by Eydis and Lorbumol. Return to Percius when you've finished.

Kill Hard-Heart
27 January 2003

After you've killed Eydis and Lorbumol, Percius will ask you to kill Hard-Heart in the Vivec Hall next. Evidently Hard-Heart is the heart of the Cammona Tong influence in the guild. Percius also gives you use of his personal chamber in the Ald'ruhn hall, complete with an almost full set of Orcish and Glass armour amoung other equipment to use. Hard-Heart is in the basement of the Vivec Hall, and is obviously well armored and a tough opponent. Note that when I attacked Hard-Heart first, the entire guild attacked me as well, so you may wish to taunt him instead. Return to Percius when you've finished to be named the Guildmaster of the guild. Note that if you kill Hard-Heart while at a lower Fighter's Guild rank, you should still be named as Guildmaster.

Includes Contributions from Hec.

Juicedaw Feather Ring
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to fetch a Juicedaw Feather Ring from Nar gro-Shagramph who was supposed to deliver one to Ranes Ienith. Bar can be found on the Hlaalu Canton Plaza. Note that any Juicedaw Feather Ring will do, and if you happen to have one you can just turn it in right away. Nar is wandering around on the Plaza and if you raise his disposition high enough he will give you the ring. Return to Lorbumol with the ring for your 100 gold reward.

Silence Tongue-Toad
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to silence the Argonian Tongue-Toad in the Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn for 500 septims. When you approach Tongue and talk with him, he seems surprised that anyone would want him dead. He also suggests that you let him go and report that he fled (which is what Percius in the Ald'ruhn Hall will also suggest you do). The only other option is to kill Tongue. Return to Lorbumol for your 500 gold reward.

Khajiit Bounty
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to fulfill the bounty on the Khajiit Dro'Sakhar hiding in the St. Olms district here in Vivec. If you ask around, or are just thorough, you'll find him in Canal South Two. Just kill him and return to Lorbumol for your 500 gold bounty reward.

Lirielle's Debt Money
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to return 2000 septims of debt money from Lirielle Stoine in Ald'ruhn in The Rat in the Pot. If you drop in to talk with Percius in the Ald'ruhn Hall, he will tell you that it wasn't Lirielle who owes the money, but her brother Ranus Stoine. Ranus was murdered and he doubts that Lirielle has the money to pay the debt, and he suggests that you pat it yourself. This is the same story that Lirielle will give you, though she knows that Ranus was killed in Mallapi North East of Gnaar Mok, where he went to seek his fortune.

Though you don't have to go to Malapi, it may be worth your while, especially if you can't afford to part with the 2000 gold yourself (well, only 1000 gold since you get to keep half of the debt). Mallapi is on the hills just North East of Gnaar Mok as Lirielle mentioned. Ranus's corpse is in a dead end just inside the entrance under some water. With the loot from his corpse, and the remaining treasure in the caves, you should easily be able to make up the 1000 gold for the debt. Return to Lorbumol for your 1000 gold reward (half of the debt money).

Adraria Bounty
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to collect a bounty on Adraria Vandacia, in one of the Census and Excise buildings in Sedya Neen. Like some of other Lorbumol's quest, this one might raise your eyebrows, so go and talk to Percius over in the Ald'ruhn Hall for his advice on this one. Percius is not sure why Lorbumol would order the bounty on the tax agent and suggests that you disobey his order and not kill her, though its likely you won't be able to perform any more quests for Lorbumol (who, evidently, is cruel, petty, and single-minded to boot).

So, its up to you, either refuse to perform the quest and not get Lorbumol last quest (another pointless assasination) or kill a possibly innocent girl and return to Lorbumol for your 1000 gold reward.

Magistrate Bounty
21 May 2002

Lorbumol gro-Aglakh in the Vivec Hall asks you to collect yet another bounty on a magistrate (judge) in the Grand Council of Ebonheart, Rufinius Alleius. If you check with Percius in the Ald'ruhn hall about this, he will again suggest that you deny Lorbumol's request (this is the last quest Lorbumol gives you anyways). If you do kill the magistrate, you can return to Lorbumol for you bounty.

Dwemer Ruins of Nehurdamz
23 June 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you to travel to the Dwemer Ruins of Nchurdamz to help Larienna Maerina clear out the Necromancers living there (the position should be marked on your map, far South of Sadrith Mora). Do not be confused with another dungeon, Nchardumz (U and A reversed) which is to the North West of your desired location.

When you find the ruins, Larienna should be waiting by a campsite just outside the entrance. Talk with her, it appears that she is hunting a foul Daedroth named Hrelvesuu. The ruins are small and filled with a variety of robots to care of. If you make it to the lava room, you should find a key to the locked (65) and trapped doors to the West. Behind the doors you should find the Daedroth that must be killed and, once dead, Larienna will stop following you. You can be healed a little by her if you talk to her after she joins you (Larienna is actually an accomplished fighter and you can let her do a lot of the work). Don't forget to look around for loot as there's lots that can be sold for a pretty penny and a nice magical spear. Return to Hrundi for your 500 gold reward.

Problems at the Dissapla Mine
22 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you to check into some problems at the Dissapla Mine for the client Novor Drethan. The mine is North East of the Dunmer Stronghold Falensarano on the mainland West of Tel Aruhn (ask him about Falensarano to have it marked on your map). Novor will be waiting for you inside the mine and has said something about Nix Hounds getting loose and attacking the miners.

The stronghold is a ways West and North of Sadrith Mora and the mine is within sight of the stronghold to the North East. Novor is found just inside with a few miners and tells you that they have had problems with Nix Hounds attacking the miners and have lost their Healer, Teres Arothan. You are to go down into the mine and bring back Teres if he's still alive. Teres can be found down the mine a ways, along with a few Nix Hounds of course. Talk to him in order to escort him back to Novor. Once you reach Novor, Teres will stop following you, and if you speak with Novor you will receive 4 Raw Glass as a reward. There's a veritable fortune in Raw Glass if you don't mind stealing it, just don't let anyone in the mine see you take any. Return to Hrundi for your 250 gold reward.

Corprus Stalker in Tel Mora
22 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you to kill a Corprus Stalker trapped in Berwen the Trader's shop in Tel Mora (he also tells you to take care of Rels Tenim's Bounty while you're at it). Berwen's shop is in the center of Tel Mora (North East of the docks if you arrive by boat, which is the fastest route from Sadrith Mora). Speak with Berwen if you wish, but the Stalker is just on the upper level (talk with Berwen after to get a big increase in disposition with her). Return to Hrundi for your 500 gold reward (note that Hrundi says the reward is only 200 when you get the quest).

Rels Tenim Bounty
22 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you fulfill the bounty on an outlaw Rels Tenim near Vos (give at the same time as the Corprus Stalker in Tel Mora quest). Speak with just about anyone in Vos (which is just West of Tel Mora btw) to find out that the Ahemmusa might know where he his is hiding. The Ahemmusa Camp is directly North of Vos (you visit it during the main quest and it might be marked on your map). Speak with anyone in the camp (you may need to persuade them first) to find that Rels may be in Shallit, on a small island South West of Ald Daedroth (or about North West from the camp). Shallit can be tough to find, but it is basically North West of the camp as indicated, on the North side of the small island just before you reach the large one (position 68000, 157900, 230 using the console TDT command).

If you run through Shallit quickly, you'll find that Rels is nowhere to be found. In the cavern just after you enter the cave, look up and to the South and you'll see a hidden ledge (you might notice it on your map as well). You'll need Levitate to get up there and you should be able to find a potion or two lying around in the lower cave if you don't have that ability handy. Once up, you'll quickly encounter 4 of Rels' friends before you meet the well equipped Rels himself. There's a good amount of loot to be picked up here (gems mostly) so look around. You can also find the very nice Marara's Ring on Marara in the Drethan Ancestral Tomb here.

Return to Hrundi for your 200 gold reward.

Includes Contributions from Nekronaut.

Devliver Sujammi to Dunirai
23 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you deliver a load of Sujamma to Nelacar in the Dunirai Caverns, South East of the Ghostgate. Unfortunately the location is not marked on your map so you have a little exploring to go. If you haven't found the Ghostgate yet, it is South of the Red Mountain crater and roughly East of Caldera. The fastest method may be to grab a teleport from the mages guild upstairs in Wolverine Hall and teleport to Caldera then head East and a little North towards the Ghostgate, though it may be tough to get over the mountains just East of Caldera. From the Ghostgate it is South East over two hills to the mines (there are two High Elves at a camp outside the cave, console TDT position 35600, 28000, 900).

Once you've found the mine, Nelacar can be found a little ways in around a camp fire and accepts your deliverily. This is a glass mine so if you don't mind stealing, you can make a good fortune from the Raw Glass here, as long as no one sees you take anything. Return to Hrundi for your 500 gold reward.

Escort Sondaale
23 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you escort the Imperial researcher Sondaale of Shimmerene through Telasero. Sondaale is currently waiting at Telasero which is between Suran and the Silt Strider port near Molag Maar (it should be marked on your map). Telasero is a large place and hard to miss and on the main door you find a note from Sondaale saying that it looked safe and she went in to investigate (oh-oh).

Engaer Bounty
19 January 2003

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you to kill Engaer, and outlaw here in Sadrith Mora in Tel Naga. Hrundi suggests to avoid the guards as he doesn't need further trouble with the Telvanni. Tel Naga is just North of the Wolverine Hall and Engaer can be found behind a locked (20) and trapped door in the Upper Tower (North West room). The room is guarded so take the nessecary precautions, though once you get in the room you should be able to finish Engaer without interuptions (note that when I did it, the whole tower was alerted and attacked me, so be careful. use taunt to safely kill him). If you use a Chameleon spell you should be able to sneak behind him and attack without alerting the entire tower. Return to Hrundi for your 1000 gold reward (half of the bounty).

Orginal text in part by Nekronaut, and Ricou.

Pudai Egg Mine
23 May 2002

Hrundi in the Sadrith Mora Hall asks you recover the Seven Eggs of Gold from the legendary Pudai Egg Mine. The mine is believed to be somewhere on or near the island of Sheogorad (large island at the very North) but that's all the information he has. The Sheogorad area is huge and can take a while to search all of it thoroughly. In fact, no one on the island knows where the mine is, so don't waste time asking. The nearest landmark to the mine is the Dwemer Ruins of Mzuleft (which you may already be familiar with), South West of Dagon Fel. The mine is far West of the Ruins, past the inlet (console TDT position 27900, 176900, 1400). There's nothing in the main mine section, and all the eggs can be found behind the Queen in the Queen's Lair. Be warned that each egg weighs 30 lbs so be sure you can carry that much weight. Return to Hrundi for your 10,000 gold reward!

Kill Thieves Guild Bosses

Once you reach the rank of Guardian, Sjoring Hard-Heart in the Vivec Hall will ask you to kill the three Thieves Guild bosses: Helende at the Dirty Muriel's Cornerclub in Sadrith Mora, Habashi in the South Wall Cornerclub in Balmora, Aegoth in the Rat in the Pot in Ald'ruhn. He even forwards you 5000 gold to cover any expenses during your murder spree. Unfortunately wiping out the three bosses will make you greatly unliked by both the Thieves and any guards. You're likely to have a good bounty on your head by the time you're done, even if you only off the three bosses themselves (the rest of the thieves near the bosses will attack you once you attack the boss of course). Needless to say, if you wish to join or use the Thieves Guild at some point, this is a bad career move. Return to Sjoring to be promoted as Champion.

You can skip this quest if you wish and just kill Sjoring directly once you reach the rank of Champion if you wish to remain a member of the Thieves Guild.

Kill Master Thief
6 June 2002

Sjoring Hard-Heart in the Vivec Hall will ask you to kill the Master Thief once you've killed the three Thieves Guild bosses. Gentle Jim Stacey can be found at Sinine Fralinie's bookstore in Vivec, Foreign Quarter Canalworks. Jim is behind the locked door (65) in the back of the bookshop. Again, you will be charged with the murder and have a bounty once you attack him. When you reurn to Sjoring he will attack you (guess he didn't want to retire just yet). Once he is dead you will be the GuildMaster of the guild.

You can skip this quest if you wish and just kill Sjoring directly once you reach the rank of Champion if you wish to remain a member of the Thieves Guild.
