Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with Tienius Delitian in the Royal Palace Throne Room and agree to help him investigate a possible plot against King Helseth.
2. Visit the Llethan Manor and find a handwritten note on the desk in the same room as Ravani Llethan. Steal it without being noticed.
3. Return to Tienius who will offer you the job of killing three people involved in the plot.
4. Find and kill Forven Berano in the North end of the Temple District.
5. Find and kill Hloggar the Bloody in the West Sewers.
6. Find and kill Bedal Alen in the top of the bookshop in the Great Bazaar.
7. Return to Tienius for a 3000 gold reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

Tienius Delitian

Speak with Tienius Delitian in the Royal Palace Throne Room again and agree to help him investigate a possible plot against King Helseth. You are to search the Llethan Manor in the Godsreach district for any possible documents that might provide evidence of such a conspiracy. The widow of the dead king, Ravani Llethan lives there and has a good number of guards, Tienius warns, and he suggests you go there under the cover of offering your condolences to her.

Llethan Manor

The Llethan Manor is in the NorthWest corner of the Godsreach District in Mournhold. Ravani is on the ground floor if you wish to speak with her, though no one will bother you anyways. There is much area to search and you'll find nothing in the safe areas where no where will see you. The document you need is another handwritten note on the desk in the same room as Ravani. Use chameleon/sneak or whatever you need to do to take the note without being seen.

Return to Tienius

Return the handwritten note to Tienius and he will offer you the opportunity to kill three people involved in the plot to kill the King: Forven Berano, Hloggar the Bloody, and Bedal Alen. He gives you writs for all three and doesn't have many suggestions on where to find any of them.

Forven Berano

Tienius suggests to look for him around the Temple area. Indeed, Forven is standing around the North end in the Temple area. If you confront him with the evidence for conspiracy, you have the option of killing him or letting him escape.

Hloggar the Bloody

Tienius suggests looking for this Nord in the sewers. Speak to an Ordinator and they'll tell you to look for him in the West Sewers, reached via the Godsreach district (SouthEast corner). The West Sewers entrance is in the South-West or so end of the Residential sewers, close to where you entered and you'll find Hloggar a ways inside from their. Confront him with the evidence for conspiracy and kill him or let him escape.

Bedal Alen

Unfortunately, Tienius has no idea where this one might be. Talk to a High Ordinator, however, and you might be told that he is a bookworm and to check at a bookseller. Check out the bookshop in the Great Bazaar and you'll find Bedal upstairs. Again, confront him with evidence of conspiracy and either kill him or let him escape.

Return to Tienius

Once the three are dead (or less if you let them escape), return to Tienius to receive a 3000 gold reward if you've killed all three, or 1000 less per each you let escape.
