There should be a number sign (#) at the top and bottom of topics with multiple pages. Tap it for page navigation options.
That list works fine for me, but I can look into it.

I never posted on the forums with anything but my computer. On occasion I do read the forums/wiki on my iTouch (don't have a cell phone).
