This isn't really a necessity, and someone has probably already asked this question before. I was just wondering why my avatar functionality is disabled. I mean, I just joined and I don't feel I did anything to get disciplined, so I am assuming that this is just how people start out. If this is true, please tell me when I'll be able to receive the avatar functionality. I feel like someone stole my :sweetroll:.
