Just in case you haven't heard:

On September 21, 2020, Microsoft announced they entered into an agreement to acquire ZeniMax Media and all its subsidiaries for $7.5 billion. The acquisition deal is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2021's fiscal year.

what will happen to the elder scrolls or the unofficial elder scrolls pages then or in the future?

I think the main consensus of opinion is that everything will basically continue on as it has, with the exception that ZOS and Bethesda will hopefully have more money to spend on things like upgrading their servers.
