A game is not a game without rules. People tend to argue that they dont want game designers telling them how to play a game. LOL. Thats what MODS are for. If you want to defeat the mechanics of the game, just cheat or create/download mods. So when we post a GRIPE about a flaw in the mechanics of the game, no need to say "just dont do it then", because thats common sense.

For some people like me, I play to defeat the game. Kind of like climbing a large mountain. If it has an escalator running right up to the top of it, then that takes a lot away from satisfaction of defeatig the mountain. Some people will still feel great climbing it, but id rather climb an undefeated mountain. So the less flaws in the game or shortcuts available the better.

edit: BTW, im talking about the WIKI under this domain. Every gripe posted has someone saying "then just dont do that then".
