So I uploaded a video to our Youtube account:

To test out our video capabilities for the future. The value of video guides and the like is quite high, but other forms of videos may be just as appreciated. So with that said, do we have any video makers in the audience? I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions for what we could do in the future.

Get hype.

Also like and subscribe, because according to Youtube's contract, you literally need to say that after everything you do once you upload a single video to Youtube.

I'm very cynical with Youtube nowadays due to their awful content ID bots literally claiming anything even if it's a one second clip and can see the channel getting a lot of claims by said bots despite the fact that fair use is in effect.

But UESP having it's own Youtube channel will be interesting. Will there be video guides? E.g. A video following established walkthroughs by the wiki.

Also, there must be a few dozen cat videos.

Wow! This channel has been around longer than YouTube or the TES series has.
It also holds the record for worst performing channel ever! Seriously, 27 subs in 46 years is pretty bad.

Maybe we could use the channel to stream a live Legends match between UESP users. It'd increase popularity of ES:L.

Once more, any support you all provide would be greatly appreciated, as we start getting the channel going, and head towards making more substantial content for it someday. For now, please like our videos and subscribe to the channel, if you haven't already done so. It'll help us lay the ground work for the future.

Of course, I also appreciate feedback and suggestions on what to do!



Walkthroughs are high on my list of things to do with it. Cat videos are also a priority, but a lesser one. The Khajiiti will have to wait their turn.



I don't know what is up with those numbers at all. Apparently we made the Youtube account in 1969...



Gameplay is probably going to be one of the first things that gets done, actually. I'm not sure we could affect the amount of people playing ES:L in any substantial positive way, though.

I want to do longer videos, but my capability to do so is limited. Maybe next year I can start doing some larger projects for this. If anyone is interested in making videos though, by all means, I'd love for some help. Beyond that, I would simply appreciate whatever support you can give as I set up the basic channel.

When it comes down to the actual videos, you might captivate a random viewer more with some background as to why you chose to highlight this particular topic or easter egg. So, ya know....Actual dialogue.

Silent videos can get VERY tedious.
