So the nedes are the first men who were originally wandering ehlnofey before they transformed. They are native to Tamriel. The nedes who went to Skyrim became Nords but the nedes who went to Cyrodiil became the Cyro-Nords who then became the imperials later on. Is all of this correct? Or am I completely wrong? If I am wrong what's the true story of the nedes? Apologies for my English.

Have you read the wiki article on the subject? It covers the history of the Nedes in detail and provides references for further reading. Beyond that I'm afraid I can't be of much help, since the topic is not one with which I am familiar.
