Is it Greywyn Blenwyth? The salt and bones is a connection to the purgeblood salts he needed to cure himself of vampirism. His vampirism being the connection to blood and fire and something sweet.

Since you said his race was unknown he could be the guy, another option could be Jagar Tharn.

It's not Sheogorath, Greywyn Blenwyth or Jagar Tharn.

So first I thought Mannimarco, mostly because Agents and Reagents mentions blood salts as a residue from dead vampires, and with bones and blood being obvious necromantic ingredients. But then it doesn't fit everything, and Mannimarco would never be confused as a Nord.

Then I thought the Night Mother because of the bones and blood again needed for the Nightmother Ritual, and something sweet for "A Sweet Kiss, Mother." But it'd be weird for her to be referred to as "Lord" and nothing really suggests that she's a Nord.

Prince A'tor doesn't work either. Obviously a Redguard.

King Laloriaran Dynar....Shor....Wulfharth....Nerevar...Malacath...None of these seem to work. Color me stumped for the time being.

All right, this has been going for quite a while so I think it's time to give someone else a go. My riddle was referring to the book Hanin's Wake.

2 Parts Blood of Traitors
1 Part Heart of Daedra
1 Part mixed Bittergreen Petals, Void Salts, Green Lichens and Bonemeal
1 Part Moonsugar
5 Parts Flin
...
Combine Blood, Heart, Moonsugar in Large Ebony Alembic. Heat fire fed by Bones of Traitors...
The wake was considered a great success as the beverage killed a great many guests and thus Mordrin Hanin was supplied with companions in the next world.

Here's a good one;

Raised up in the mosque, he waits
emblazoned with a rose
Fallen luck, blackened sword
Stopping war, helping foes

My immediate thought was Nazir, but I'm not sure why. The only other person I could think of is Martin Septim.

Nope, sorry. He's not in Skyrim, as far as I know, and he certainly isn't Martin.

Bingo!

Raised up in the mosque, he waits
Most Fighter's Guilds in the Hammerfell side of the Bay are mosques dedicated to Ebonarm.

emblazoned with a rose
Ebonarm is symbolized by a rose, said to grow on the battlefields he visits.

Fallen luck, blackened sword
Ebonarm both has an ebony blade and is responsible for giving Sai, God of Luck, his divinity.

Stopping war, helping foes
Ebonarm is said to arrive on battlefields to allow foes to reconcile.

In TES, I only ever recalled hearing the mention of a mosque when detailing Ebonarm in hammerfell>_> if not for that, the answer would of escaped my grasp.

Anyways, I'll pass my turn to whomever wants

Since no one else is trying, I'll try again. Ahem.

Lives in a place
Near the jelly cows.
Sleeps with both eyes open
His robe is different now.

I laughed for a good fifteen minutes after I heard that line.

New riddle:
My namesakes protect the mage and rescued the daughter,
And I will save your life in two different ways.

Could it have anything to do with Julianos or the constellations?

Maybe in some super obscure way that I don't even know. But for all intents and purposes, no

My first thought was something to do with Lord Harkon due to 'rescued the daughter' bit, but I think I may be grasping at straws.

Sorry, it has nothing to do with Harkon, Serana, or the Dawnguard DLC.

Tip #1:
The answer is two words.

As no else seems to be guessing, I guess I'll give it another shot! :)
Could the answer be Molag Bal? He helped Mannimarco (most likely bad spelling) and of course there are the Daughters of Coldharbour. Don't know about the last part though.

Edit: Well Serana is a Daughter of Couldharbour so.... :/ Goofed on that.

Ah. Just noticed this one. Eleidon's Ward. My own Breton Knight used it for his entire Morrowind career, as he looked up to the Knight of legend as a rolemodel.
