I am bone myself, and command the legions of bone- Nordic trollbone helm and grants summon skeleton spell in morrowind

My connections to Oblivion are strong, and I am dangerous to possess- I think this is a reference to the mages guild quest in oblivion where you get the helm

I can drain the living essences my my enemies, and restore health to my wearer- little known fact, the helm is supposed to grant the spell drain essence but only does so for the level 1-4 version due to a bug in oblivion
A wicked one created me, but I wander to and fro and keep no Wearer for long- is an artifact so doesn't stay put and was created by manimarco
