Oh by all means, Im not trying to dissuade your creativity im just discussing it via the lore available. If you want some inspiration regarding such topics watch Van Helsing. Literally the main plot is that Dracula needs to use Frankenstein`s monster to give his still born children life.

no reason for Fire resistance (or the lack there of) it is just a trait.
