Thought I would get this thread going since we will have one eventually. Rules are simple. Link to images, don't just post them. I can't remember the ruling on putting images behind spoiler tags, maybe a mod can clarify that. If an image has a spoiler, tell us, and make sure that goes in spoiler tags. Common sense stuff.

Also, if you are playing on PC, screenshots are really easy because of Steam. Just press F12 while playing. Your screenshots are saved, and you can access them through your steam profile later. It's also a convenient way to link to them, without having to use Photobucket or anything. Just right click on the image, and select copy link address, and then paste it here.

I also have it confirmed that we can put images behind spoiler tags, rather than linking to them. Just remember to tell us what is behind the spoiler tag. By that I mean if it is a picture of the final boss battle, warn us that it is a major game spoiler, and not just another image.

I'll get the ball rolling.

Northern Lights looking awesome!

Me, the moon, and Riverwood.

A rather nice view from the mountains near Ivarstead looking south towards Windhelm at sunset. This game is quite pretty.

Nice screenies guys! Nanza's finishing move one and martez's one of the statue of Talos are my two favourites. The depth of field effect on Nanza's is amazing.

Dragon Attack

Yngvild

All of these and my other screen shots can be seen on my steam profile. If you want to see them, it's piercem3, my profile is public. I linked you to my gallery of screen shots. Be warned though, that some pictures may contain spoilers.

All right, I give up. I can't find my screenshots. I've been using print screen rather than F12, so I have no idea where they're being saved. I know the are being saved somewhere, however, because I see the message pop up in the upper lefthand corner of my screen after I take them...

I found my screenshots along this path:
Program Files(x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Skyrim

Saved as bitmaps.

It was slow-going for me this weekend, compounded by how hard it's been trying to get a character that looked just right. I have a gripe or two about the character creation process at the beginning, and it has taken me the better part of two days to settle on the look for my stealthy archer/knifefighter.

Here she is, in all her newbie glory (the Imperial studded armor still smells of fabric softener). I composed this in order to make it my new wallpaper.

Cool character DS. I'm afraid to here the stories she creates.

I see the pain in this dragon's face. It makes sense, considering my ax is digging into his skull

Man, you guys take some great screenshots. I've seen a few from you guys on my Steam friends list and I'm just blown away. As an aside: is there a way to turn off the cursor and such on the screen in the console, or are you just clever croppers?

In the meantime, here is Lenicus Tullius, feasting upon the possibilities of a new life in Skyrim. There are so, so many opportunities for beautiful landscape shots around here.

I think the command for turning off the cursor is "tm"

Could someone post some pics of some cool DB assassin armor? I'm really excited to see what they look like. I won't find out this character since he's a mage, so I'd like to see what they look like early.
