I have yet to take sides in the civil war but yesterday whilst exploring Solitude I inadvertently spoke to Legate Rikke and got the quest to clear Fort Hraggstad.
I'm role-playing a Redguard with a deep hatred of the Thalmor ever since her family was killed by the Thalmor during the war to drive them out. The civil war is of no concern her - yet router login 192.168.l.l.link/.
So what I want to do is to hear both sides of the story before casting my lot with the Imperials or the Stormcloaks. But I'd also like to do quests for both sides up to the point where taking sides is irrevocable. If I do the Fort Hraggstad quest will it shut off the opportunity to hear Ulfric's side of the story?
Any advice on how to achieve this?

You can do the entrance quest into the legion, and if you want to change sides, like join the stormcloaks if you originally joined the imperials or vice-versa, you take the jagged crown from the relevant quest to Ulfric instead, in your case.
