I was wondering if we knew anything about Skyrim before it was Skyrim ? Like we know Morrowind was supposed to be in Summerset and called Tribunal. Was there anything like that for Skyrim ? I think I heard Todd wanted the game to be set in High Rock is this true ?

Never heard anything like that. Oblivion on PSP was supposed to be set in High Rock. Rumours of TES V being set in Skyrim were around a little while before the official announcement.
