Looking for mod tips

Wed Jun 15, 2016 6:38 pm

So, I basically modded the hell out of Skyrim, then realized it might or mightn't work. But anyway, I was looking for suggestions for a good, compatible build.

Pretty much, what I want is a very realistic game which is also stunningly beautiful. I've already gotten the mods that restore content (the civil war overhaul and Skyrim optimization project I think?).

Any suggestions are most welcome.

I'll refer you to this post I made: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=39786&p=1256155#p1256155

I'd recommend highly that you download LOOT, a load order optimizer that will help solve a lot of mod conflict issues.

This mod, the Skyrim Ultimate Modding Guide - Graphics, looks to have the stunning beauty covered.
I haven't tried it yet myself but plan to try it as an alternate to S.T.E.P. , on my next play through.

For realism (Realism always struck me as a funny concept in a fantasy game.), to add to the mods Weasel suggested you might consider:
Deadly Dragons
OBIS - Organized Bandits In Skyrim
High Level Enemies

I don't recall that Skyrim Project Optimization restored any content.
It did give me problems when I used the Full Version with Breezehome remodel.
The No Homes - Full Version worked fine.
