Are there any good weather/lighting/atmospherics mods other than Climates of Tamriel and Pure Weathers/Purity?

I've had to restart thanks to broken saves and I'm looking for a potential replacement for Climates of Tamriel.
The mod isn't bad, but it has several issues (poorly done weathers, really) and the weather patch has apparently made some changes that are driving me nuts (the sun looks blue in my game).

Keep in mind I have a low end PC that cannot run mods like ELFX.

What about Realistic Lighting Overhaul? It includes a weather module and used to be pretty performance friendly IIRC. For interior lighting, Relighting Skyrim is a more performance-friendly alternative to ELFX. And then there's Ultra Realistic World Lighting which looks quite nice on screenshots and claims to come with zero performance loss (but is a bit dated and doesn't cover the DLCs.)

I've used Realistic Lighting Overhaul in the past (I think it was relatively new back then, but who knows?) and I wasn't that fond of it.
It and Ultra Realistic World Lighting share the same issue: they're too dark. I know they're going for realism (which I'm not), but that causes some problems for me. I'm stuck in a corner here with a window directly behind me. If the game is any darker than vanilla, I'll wind up seeing more of that window than the game. It happens a lot anyway if I'm in a dungeon or it's night, and I'm using the brightest night option for CoT (and no dungeon/interior options. Basically a bare bones CoT setup with an old version of the weather patch that only really fixes the broken weathers instead of that new crap that focuses on ENBs).

I'm probably just going to be better off making my own weather mod. Or just going back to vanilla with Revamped Exterior Fog.
As long as you push that damn fog back, vanilla doesn't look too bad. And it has less issues than default CoT has with its multicolored nights, clear sky rains, black hole thunderstorms, purple sea, and more.
