As the topic says, I am looking for a Morrowind-style deleveled enemies mod. I know of a few mods that increase the encounter zone minimum level, but as far as I know, those just make the game harder and the enemies still scale with you after you reach the minimum level. Whereas in Morrowind, I think most "encounter zones" had static levels. If you were level 5, went into a level 20 or so cave, you'd probably get killed. But come back at level 50 and the enemies are still level 20 and you can whoop their asses. Is there a mod that does that? Maybe one of the ones I saw does but I misread it?
