i enchanted balgruuf greatsword with a custom ver. of this but cannot for the life of me find it's Frost Cloak like effect. i want to give it iceform like effects upon touch. it seems that only extremely close quarters activates said cloak... i did a search for "contact50" under magic effects, but not there. the "DLC2" "contact50" frost effect has nothing suspicious! this whole thing is highly suspicious! did they embed the effect in? if "dual values" & a frost keyword are enabled? i haven't tested this... i may have removed dual and put paralyze once but i don't remember...

Update! doh! i figured out that i inadvertently gave a magic effect an equip ability... maybe atronarch something... cloak! it wasn't any enchantment at all
