Stuck on Special Job Quests (thieves guild)

Hi all,

Currently doing the Thieves guild for the first time. I’m at a point where I have just completed Darkness returns. I’m now wanting to get the Reputation quests but don’t seem to be getting them. I’ve completed 2 jobs in Markarth, 2 jobs in Solitude, 2 jobs in Whiterun and 2 jobs in Windhelm. How many in total do I need to complete? Is it 5 jobs in each of those cities before I get the reputation quests or is it just 5 in total? If the latter, is my game bugged?

Just keep doing radiant jobs until you get one.
