Hello,
Here is the error message I get when I try to activate my new animations through FNIS Behavior: ERROR (9): The index is outside the limits of the array.
I installed a new animation mod (it is for adults so I don't know if I can give its name here) it is in its latest version which dates from 12/9/16 the version is 1.6 and I believe that it's since its installation that it does this to me.
It hurts my ass to delete it cause it looks really excellent ...

With FNIS, each time you install/upgrade/remove a sub-plugin, you MUST re-launch "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe".
FNIS has to do some pre-computing to be able to integrate without trouble.
Search for this tool - it is generally located in your Skyrim folder (ex : X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users), and lauch it.
If you have Nexus Mods Manager, you cna launch it directly from its menu "Supported tools".

edit: I realise this post was 10 months old... Sorry I am new to UESP forums.
