For some reason whenever I swim underwater all I can see is a blank green screen like this:

It's really infuriating as it always causes me to drown because I cant see which way is up or down.

Before anyone mentions it, I've tried setting bDoDepthOfField and iRadialBlurLevel to 0 which fixes the problem, as does Green Screen Water Fix, but they completely remove the original blurry green tint that should be there, and it looks terrible :x

If anyone could tell me how to get the original settings back so that everything underwater is visible, but still blurred, I'd be very grateful!

For the record, I don't have anything ENB-related, just CoT and RoL.

I can't see either image, neither of those are working links. However, I would try running vanilla Skyrim to see if the issue lies with anything you have installed. If that resolves it, you can either slowly turn things back on until you locate the culprit.

Sorry about that, I'll fix them.

Try turning your Gamma up. If that doesn't help there are some mods that claim to make it easier to see underwater.

Candlelight works well underwater.
