Hello there,

Bit of an issue I have encountered, I buy Heljarchen Hall from old Skald, he says all the right things but no money is taken, no quest to view land comes up or anything and the land has no worktable or anything.

What I would like to know can one add a home etc via the console or is there anything I could try?

Thanks in advance, I have looked on the UESP page but it does not mention this bug.
