 Post subject: missing files on Windhelm's Hall of the Dead

So I just started the Blood on the Ice side quest and as everything was fine until the mission asked me to speak to Helgid who was taking care of Sussana inside The Hall of the Dead. as I entered the pathway leading to the shrine was missing with big red triangular warning signs replacing the ground. I thought that was just missing textures then I realized that you can't walk on it either. I can't progress through the mission because of this bug, Anyone knows how to fix it?

Are you launching from Steam? If so, you might try to do a repair in Steam.
