A while ago, I got a request to assault Skulvar Sable-Hilt, and I THOUGHT I went to Jervar for any possible quest update, but for some reason it led me to go talk to commander Caius, yet I can't find the commander anywhere. I'm on PS4 and it seems like he just disappeared. I'm considering not going back to Whiterun for a while just to see if he comes back, but this is confusing. Is the quest glitched out or will it resolve itself IF I were to find the commander ? :(

Have you done any thieves' guild quests because
