I have most of the Manor complete (Main Hall, Cellar, Bedrooms, Kitchen, Trophy Room), aside from a few odd bits of furniture. When I last entered the house, both the floor and ceiling of the main hall was gone - just blue space. All the other rooms seem fine.

I did a quick search of the forums and elsewhere to see if this had been reported/resolved elsewhere and didn't see it. If I've missed something obvious, mea culpa!

I tried loading an earlier save, as well as quitting/restarting the game.

I just got started on the Dawnguard questline after completing the main quest; I'd dismissed my spouse/follower before starting Bloodline. This was my first visit back "home" after doing so. I interrupted a bandit raid and got the ransom note to rescue her (Mjol) when I arrived.

Aside from the Base Game (SSE), I have the following mods (from plugins.txt):

*Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp
*bsassets.esm
*bsheartland.esm
*bs_dlc_patch.esp
*Relationship Dialogue Overhaul.esp
blackreachrailroadnew.esp
*immersive citizens - ai overhaul.esp
*Serana Dialogue Edit.esp
*SeranaDialogAddon.esp
*hunt_troll_skulls_sepc_sp0ckrates.esp
*bspatch.esp

Any thoughts on how to get my floor back, without losing things I'm placed in containers in the main hall?

Many thanks!

did you accidentally used debug console commands "marktfordelete" or "disable" on them.
IF you used just "disable" on them then you can get them back, by selecting them with "prid ********" (* is their ref id) and then "enable".
BUT if you have used "markfordelete" on them and left area then your only option is to load save where they ware not yet marked (or start a new game) (or edit game save but that can get really messy)
