I'm having a bit of trouble with a mod and I can't sem to find which one it is. Can anyone tell me which mod has "House of Jaqs" in it?

Not sure. Could it be "Journey To Drakos - Episode 2 : The House That Jaq Built" ?

edit: If you mean a new building south of Whiterun with a skyforge in the garden and portals to each of the cities in the basement then yes: it is Journey To Drakos - Episode 2.
