yeah cant find it at all:

raidiant raiment has never nor has any NPC that i can remember has ever sold an amulet so resetting the shop isnt going to work. pretty sure this is a switch thing as i reinstalled skyrim on steam and the first thing i saw in RR was amulet of julianos.
i did the civil war so apparently fort amol is out
i leveled pickpocketing to get dibella and ive looked at every guard in every city that i can, if i actually see one its stendarr, kynareth, and mara.

Do you have the Anniversary Edition on Switch? Sometimes the Creation Club additions can mess with Radiant Raiment's levelled lists.

great im stuck then, im too much of a completionist to leave it alone, guess i gotta start over and not do lakeview

does this also count for every merchant? im trying to get some saber cat teeth and i havent seen them either on any alchemist

How are you stuck? Amulets of Julianos are an uncommon loot item found throughout the game. I tend to stock up as I play to ensure I have enough for Hearthfire crafting when I get around to it. Try searching the bandits at the Wreck of the Icerunner if you've yet to complete the Lights Out! quest in Solitude.


Messing with levelled lists has wide-ranging effects, could very well be the reason you aren't finding any.
