In an exclusive interview that will be posted in its entirety in the coming days, Zenimax Media's Executive of Online Experiences went on record to say that TESO will be completely free to play. The downside? Everything in game will cost real money. That's right, TESO will be microtransaction funded. While details of the microtransaction structure have not yet been made public, the average player can apparently expect to spend around $10 a month "for the full TESO experience".

"We really feel like opening up the game to anyone and charging for actions will give us the greatest potential for profitability."

Hopefully this means you won't have to pay real money for acquiring and repairing weapons, armour and stuff...

Ugh, I don't want to be putting hours of playtime into this game only to have people out-do me in a matter of minutes simply by spending their cash. I'd prefer to pay the same as everyone else to play it, and not have a system which rewards players who splash more cash.
EDIT: Now it's changed to Akavir and everyone looks even stupider.

Oh please, please, please let them do this the right way. I don't want them to handle this like Nexon handles Maplestory.

BEST F*CKING GAME EVER!!!!1111BBQQ *The Dovah was sent to the Isles, minutes after this post, Musicbaby claims that he went insane and almost burned down the entire UESP. The S'wit was nowhere to be found and Fluffy Bunny took over the world for a few months before his OS crashed. Believe ended up as a priest and was arrested for several offences. The S'wit opened up a sweetroll shop but eventually went mad and killed anyone who bought her sweetrolls. As for the UESP, it barely recovered from the Dovah's rampage and as a result, the UESP anti-Dovah league was formed. The mods and the ADL end up fighting for control of the Wiki and didn't see the invasion of rabbits before it was too late. The rabbits are now the current owners of the Wiki and their harsh regime lasts for 3000 years before being defeated by the Rabbitborn.*
