You bring up a very good point. I'd rank him as one of the most annoying characters in a video game. What I think is the most annoying is that fact that he keeps on coming back. I ended up telling him to wait for me in my waterfront shack...Which I will NEVER go back to. But I think the main issue is that the race of wood elves, especially that male wood elves, are one of the most annoying races of any type of character you can be in a game. Period.

Notice how mostly people with over 100 posts don't really mind him, but those who are more newer do think he's annoying. :shock:

Well, the new joiners SURELY have realized that we don't mind the Adoring Fan at uesp. :D

I have been using the site for about a year, mostly for gameplay...but when I saw this thread topic, I just knew I had to get in on the keyboard warrior action regarding the Adoring Fan. That's how annoying I think he is.

The adoring fan belongs in a display case. if you are one of those fun-spoiling necromancers, you can display "his" black soul gem, but the fan himself gives more amusement value.

They should make multiple Adoring Fans, like several at a time.

The Adoring Fan in a display case.
The Adoring Fan that walks with you carrying a torch.
The Adoring Fan to punch in the face.
The Adoring Fan to pickpocket.
The Adoring Fan to mercilessly kill (about ten of these would be good)
The Adoring Fan to talk to.
etc, etc.

Oh yes, the Adoring Fan who knows magic that can make you a spell that is beyond Oblivion, anything you desire....

And then there is Sumarai Adoring Fan, who kills all of the underfrykte matrons to help prepare his own death...
