I just searched this forum and the UESPwiki, and can't find any references to using OOO with the Frostcrag Spire add-on.

I finally went and downloaded Ooo (so far, it rocks!!!), but I've got this little problem: Aurelinwae is nowhere to be found-- therefore the Tower can't be upgraded, and I'm stuck with nothing more than a huge storage building with a nice Alchemy garden in it.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Try to re-download it and see what happens. You may have to buy a new disc but I hope that's not the case.

I haven't used OOO, so can say. Have you tried going to the OOO site, and inquired there. They are pretty good about checking into any conflicts OOO might have with other Plug-ins/mods.

So far, I haven't heard of anyone having any problems with here not being there.
