Is this mod order cumulative?

If I load MOAR, then MET, then Intelligent Textures, do I get the union of each set? If Intelligent Textures does not cover an object covered by MET or MOAR, do I still get the graphic enhancement of MET or MOAR on those objects. I want Intelligent Textures to 'win' conflicts with MET+MOAR, MET to 'win' conflicts with MOAR, and I want MOAR as a catch-all for any objects not covered by Intelligent Textures and MOAR. I want the largest set of objects upgraded as possible.
