I came across this while randomly browsing on the Nexus a few hours ago. It's a complete MW overhaul and looks really great. It's currently 70% translated into English, so not quite complete.

Looks like it play hell with mods I like (compatibility is a huge issue to me) and my computer wouldn't like the the graphical update anyways. It looks good, but I shy away from any mod that would infringe on what I want or be incompatible.
