Ok so I follow all the instructions on all the mods i try to download yet they just refuse to install right...can anyone help me?

The mods need to go in the data files folder of your game, and the resource files should go in the appropriate folder in data files.
Most mods come ready-made, grouped in a data files folder or ready to be pasted in data files. If the mod comes in a data files folder just copy the content and paste in data files in your game folder, or paste the entire folder in your game folder.
