Hello,
i like Morrowind, i spend inside few months, but i dont like Bloodmoon and Tribunal a typical mod packages are for versions with expansion sets only.

I there any mod package for vanilla Morrowind:
- i just need graphical upgrades + game fixes (stability, pickpocketing, broken quest etc..), nothing too wild.. i dont want any new items, totally different armor skins etc.

Game Fixes
Bad advice deleted.

Graphics
I like Connary's Texture and use Wrye Mash Standalone's Replacers to add them.

"With this mod, the Indoril, Glass, Daedric, Adamantium and Steel armors will have reflections. And almost every armor in the game will have smoothed, nicer meshes and improved textures!"
Detailed and Reflecting Armor
Darknut's Better Cloths Textures

Darknut's Dwemer Ruins Textures
or
Full Dwemer Retexture

Vurts Groundcover (grass) requires Morrowind Graphics Extender.

NPCs
Better Bodies
Better Heads
Better Clothes

"This is compilation of all official Morrowind plugins with improvements, bugfixes
and cleaning. Files have been double checked to make sure all dirty references are gone
and nothing went wrong."
Morrowind Official Plugins

The Morrowind Code Patch needs the 1.6.0.1820 patch for Morrowind, which is only available with the latest Bloodmoon version, and the Morrowind Patch Project linked requires both Tribunal and Bloodmoon.

The last version of the Patch Project for vanilla Morrowind is v1.2.2b, which can be found here. AFAIK there is unfortunately no version of the Code Patch which works with vanilla Morrowind only.

I second Better Dialogue Font, Connary's Textures, Better Bodies, Better Clothes, and Bethesda's plugins. I personally also use:

Texture Fix v2.0 - gets rid of texture seams in the landscape when using different landscape texture replacers.
Westly's Pluginless Head and Hair Replacer - my choice for new heads.
Westly's Master Headpack X - for an expanded selection of playable heads.
Better Bodies v2.2 - fixed hands & skeleton - fixes an issue with Better Bodies.
More Better Clothes - "fixes" some clothes not covered in Better Clothes.
Slof's Better Beasts - does for Khajiit and Argonians what Better Bodies does for humans.

Given that you're not a fan of the expansions, I'll throw this out for your consideration anyway: There is no need to actually play through them even if they are installed. They make no changes to any of the original MW quest lines and they do add a few useful features (bug fixes, the ability to sort quest entries in the journal, the ability to add comments to the map). Why not install the expansions and simply never play them? That way you can get the benefit of things like the Code Patch and any other mods you might want to install that require the expansions, but aside from the Dark Brotherhood attacks (see below), you'll never even know the expansions are there if you choose to ignore them.

If you don't want to be attacked by the Dark Brotherhood, open the console and type:

Journal "TR_DBAttack" 100

This will set the journal entry which closes the "Dark Brotherhood Attacks" quest and stop the DB from attacking you. If you don't mind being attacked and getting some of the best light armor in the game, there are also mods that delay the attacks or have the attack happen only once (disclaimer: I haven't tried either mod personally).

Just something for you to think about.

I don't know what I was thinking. I shouldn't give advice when I'm overly tired.

I use Delayed DB Attack V2 (the delay mod) and it works fine for me.
