For some reason I cannot start the quest chain for BUUL by Acheron & Armtimis Fowl.
No Npc that I can find, will give me the option to create the Silt Strider post or any other building

I have installed “Uvirth’s Legacy” by StuporStar and have just completed the vault.

I have used WryeMash to make sure that UL is loaded before BUUL, but I do not know if I have to do anything with the saves games, after I have done this.

Also, my character is a part of ALL three great house, but I do not know if that can create any problems with BUUL.

Both mods were installed BEFORE beginning a new game, but BUUL was redated in WryeMash later.

Redating BUUL would have caused the load order of the mods to change, which could potentially cause problems with existing save games. I would recommend running WryeMash on your save game(s) to check and fix any potential conflicts and see if that solves your issue. Beyond that I'm afraid I can't be of much help since I haven't played either of these two mods.
