fallback-archive entries disappearing from openmw cfg file

I think I followed all the instructions to install Tamriel Rebuilt with OpenMW correctly. I watched a video several times and read the instructions on the TR site carefully. The T_Data and TR_Mainland esms show in the openmw launcher and they're ticked. The only other mods I've installed are:
All silt strider ports
All boat ports
Robert's bodies
and they work fine.

The entries I'm supposed to make at the top of the openmw cfg file under the fallback-archive entries for Md, Trib, and BM (haha, I said bm):
fallback-archive=TR_Data.bsa
fallback-archive=PT_Data.bsa - disappear every time I play the game.
The graphics don't look very different, not sure they do at all. I can travel to the mainland from the mages guild in Vivec and the other ports, but there's a big square of land missing and I think some shoreline from what I see of the world map.
Any help is very much appreciated.
