Captain Falx Carius is a male Imperial Knight Protector for the Imperial Legion. The Captain can be found in his chambers in Fort Frostmoth, accessed via the General Quarters area at the top of the stairs. He does not offer any quests for Imperial Legion, however he is the first major quest-giver for Bloodmoon Main Quest.
