Gaea Artoria is a female Imperial Guard located on the Upper Level, General Quarters, Fort Frostmoth. She is one of the two guards suggested to assist you when investigating a smuggling ring. Gaea will follow you to Gandrung Caverns to take on the bandits there and confiscate a weapons stash.
