Swims-In-Swells was an Argonian sailor sent with Captain Roberto Jodoin by Louis Beauchamp on a patchwork airship to search for Hrothmund's Bane. He evidently went mad due to the ship's altitude, and had to be killed by the Captain in order to save the ship. His body may be found on top of a tall rock on the southeastern shore of Solstheim, though he has little of value worth taking.
