This page lists merchants who buy and sell magical items. By itself, this category means nothing. All members of this group must also be members of Armor Merchants, Clothing Merchants, Weapon Merchants, and/or Book Merchants, or they will not actually be able to buy/sell anything.

What it means is that these NPCs may deal in enchanted versions of the item classes they deal in. In the case of Book Merchants, this means that they will buy/sell magical Scrolls as well as Books. Except for Creeper, the creature merchants listed on this page (all of the Dagoths and the Wraith of Sul-Senipul) do not sell any of these item types, so their inclusion on this page is a mere formality, as there are no Magic Items of the types that they can deal in.
