Oblivion Merchants have been divided by wealth based on the following scale:

• 0-49 = Broke
• 50-99 = Destitute
• 100-599 = Poor
• 600-799 = Well Off
• 800-999 = Rich
• 1000+ = Wealthy

This distinction does not exist in the game. The values have been chosen to provide the most even distribution for Oblivion values.
