Doubtless, you have heard of the crazed wizard, (wizard). Given the enormous power he/she has at his/her command, King/Queen (ruler) has been delaying any offensive move against (wizard), but that strategy is at an end. The King/Queen has asked us to send someone to destroy the psychopathic mage. In return for a magic (item), would you do that for us?

Excellent. I knew that you would not let us down, (player). Now then, (wizard) will be in his/her laboratory, (dungeon), for at most (time) before moving on to a new location. the King/Queen wants word that the mage is dead in (time), so do not tarry after doing the deed. This is a fairly standard dungeon diving quest. The toughest thing will be to locate the wizard in the random dungeon. When you find him/her, he/she will likely toss some powerful spells, so it would be to your advantage to have protection against these. Once you kill the mage, return to the guild and report success.
