Chulmore Quill

Chulmore Quill is the current ringmaster of The Quill Circus, the oldest known circus in High Rock. He is on very good terms with the Dark Brotherhood and the entire circus is perhaps only a set up, which allows the Brotherhood to operate freely within the Iliac Bay.

Considering the fact that a circus is mostly home to acrobats, knife throwers, sharpshooters and so on, this thought is probably not too devious. The circus is also mentioned briefly in the book The Black Arrow, Part I.
