[edit] Detailed Walkthrough

[edit] Quest Offer

This quest is one of many others you can randomly get from the pool of Merchants/Innkeepers Quests.

Merchant/Innkeeper:

Excuse me! Can't you see I'm busy you smelly (player's race). Are you looking for trouble or something?

or

What? What did you say? I hope I didn't hear you say something. Did you say something?

or

Well excuse me. Didn't want to get in your way you fat (player's race) pig. You want to step outside?

or

Can't you see I'm busy! And not in a good mood I might add! If you don't leave now, there could be trouble. Is that what you want?

[edit] Quest Acceptance

Merchant/Innkeeper goes on:

Oh ... you want to play, do you? I think we've got a live one!

or

Well ... looks like my day just got more interesting!

or

You really are as stupid as you look! Fine, (player's race), I'll play too.

or

So that's the way you want it! I'm game to any (player's race)!

[edit] Quest Decline

Merchant/Innkeeper answers:

That's more like it, now shove off.

or

I didn't think so, go on with whatever you do.

or

Didn't think you would say yes anyway. Now begone with yourself.

[edit] Quest Object

You will meet your combatant six hours after you accepted the challenge in a local tavern, you can find its name in your journal. Head to the tavern in time and loiter there if you are too early. The merchant or innkeeper will not show up, but send one of his henchmen, a spellcaster or warrior type, instead to fight you. Just kill him/her and collect the loot from his/her body.

[edit] Quest Object Dead

When you kill your adversary, following message pops up:

As you gaze down on your fallen adversary, you know that your honor has been satisfied.

[edit] Reputation Gain/Loss

A successfully completed quest results in a reputation gain according to the table below.
