Being a newbie as far as Daggerfall is concerned, I have two questions I did not find an answer to anywhere: Is it somehow possible to look up the in-game date (calendar-wise, e. g. if it's a holiday) or time of day (So, if it's midnight or eight o'clock in the evening) during gameplay and if this possibility exists, how do I do it? I ended up completely confused by a quest that required me to wait for some burglars or assassins or whatever that would come at midnight. And I still haven't managed to have a single Daedric prince conjured up by the covens because I could never look up if it was a summoning day. Help, please. (Sorry if this is a stupid question or it has already been answered anywhere else) --Horkheim gro-Agrakh 19:32, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

To look up the date, just click the mouse on the compass. --Uniblab 03:49, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
Take a peek at the Calendar and Holidays for summoning daedra. --Uniblab 03:52, 5 January 2010 (UTC)
When waiting for specific enemies to appear (such as the robbers in the various guard the guild quests, one should Loiter unless one has Acute Hearing. Only with Acute Hearing is it safe to Sleep. --Uniblab 03:52, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi dunno if im putting this in the right place but, whenever i ask for work around daggerfall, they tell me to go someplace and talk to some guy, but when i go there, i NEVER find the person, and i cant talk to anybody in the place. Also, in the main quest, it says to slay the spirit of some king or whatever, how do i find him and kill him? Thanks.
