Entering without Quest[edit]

Entering here without the quest is a dead end. Entry has a 'master' lock, that can be picked, and the main door inside requires a key.— Unsigned comment by 82.124.132.166 (talk) at 02:43 on 11 February 2013‎

Gate doesn't come down until you loot something.[edit]

The gate doesn't close you in until you actually loot something, or open an urn/chest. Opening the door at the end doesn't close the gate either.

Could just be me though. :3

edit: opening the urn/chest/skeleton at the end, or taking the sword to trigger the fight, doesn't close the gate either. Just looting/opening anything in the treasure room seems to do it. — Unsigned comment by 83.177.182.229 (talk) at 19:25 on 13 March 2013 (GMT)

Wall carvings in treasure room[edit]

There are 4 wall carvings in the treasure room that look like others found in other old ruins in Skyrim. Does anybody know the origin of these? Are they Akaviri? --Xyzzy Talk 02:22, 8 September 2013 (GMT)

reavers outside[edit]

The article states that there are two reavers outside who will attack on sight. When I approached the barrow, I was not immediately attacked, but was warned away. There was a raging snowstorm at the time, so I couldn't see where the voice was coming from, but I was definitely given the chance to turn around and run away. For the record, I'd started the Deathbrand quest, but only collected the helmet when I went by here. Obax (talk) 02:06, 13 April 2015 (GMT)

Not an unusual behaviour. The same is found with other hostile NPCs with similar guardian-like functions, like the bandit at the entrance of Swindler's Den. —MortenOSlash (talk) 04:35, 13 April 2015 (GMT)
