Mark Nelson was a designer at Bethesda Softworks during the development of Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon, and Oblivion, but he has since left the company. He is known to be a huge Duke University basketball fan, which can be seen in his choice of username, Bluedev (Duke's mascot is the Blue Devil). He has also created a few memorable Easter Eggs including Morrowind's Tarhiel, Eltonbrand and Bloodmoon's Blue Dev's Ring of Viewing. Nelson created Jyggalag as a place holder Daedric Prince, and he may have done some work on Shivering Isles before leaving Bethesda.
