- Race of Men originating from the province of High Rock. A non-descript race with average features, except for their incredibly high resistance to magic. Second only to the Altmer in the ways of magic. Some believe this affinity for magic stems from the Breton race being the result of interbreeding between Nedes, proto-Nords and Direnni Aldmer over a long period of migration from Atmora.
