Absorb Magicka M points for D seconds

Transfers Magicka from the target to the caster. The caster may not exceed their own natural maximum Magicka value, but even if the caster is at full Magicka, casting this spell will still drain the target's Magicka.

[edit] Notes

• If this spell is Reflected by the target, the target does not absorb Magicka from the caster. Rather, the spell simply drains and replenishes the caster in equal amounts, essentially having no end effect.
• This spell cannot be bought in the standard game or expansions. It is available on some magical items.
